I'm not understanding your point; dropdowns work perfectly and who cares about support? The apps (both mini-ERP systems) were written back in the late 1990s; the DPB servers are rebooted every year or two for maintenance purposes, and the workstations work equally well regardless of whether the O/S is Win2K or Win7, or anything in between (we haven't tried Win8 yet). That and there hasn't been anything even approaching a "bug" reported in easily ten years now for either app (just periodic updates to handle new products and requirements and such).
